Cage Fight – Exuvia marque une nouvelle étape pour le groupe. Avec l’arrivée du bassiste Will Horsman, le groupe a approfondi son écriture et enrichi son hardcore de davantage de mélodies, d’atmosphères et d’expérimentations, tout en conservant son énergie brutale. L’album est également très personnel : Rachel Aspe signe les paroles de huit titres, inspirés de traumatismes, de l’anxiété, du deuil, des violences et de la maladie de sa grand-mère. Exuvia, qui signifie la peau abandonnée lors d’une mue, symbolise ainsi la transformation et la guérison du groupe et de Rachel.
