Who you are buying from

Merch on this site is sold by Moshradar, BL3 1EJ. Questions: moshradar@gmail.com. The designs belong to the bands and promoters who made them; we print them to order through a UK print partner and post them to you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Postage is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order; we never see your card number.

Your order

Every item is printed after you order it. For a short while after paying (60 minutes) you can cancel from your order page for a full refund. After that the order goes to the printer and can no longer be changed. We post with a tracked service to addresses in the United Kingdom; printing usually takes two to three working days and delivery a further three to five.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an unworn item for a refund, and a further 14 days to send it back. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Details, and how to start one, are on the returns page.

Faults

If a print is wrong, damaged or the item is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you in full, including postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything here.

Your details

We keep your name, address and email to fulfil the order and handle returns, share them with Stripe (payment) and our print partner (printing and posting), and remove the address twelve months after delivery. Our privacy policy has the rest.

Designs

The band or promoter who published a design confirms they have the right to print it. If you believe a design infringes your rights, email moshradar@gmail.com and we will take it down while we look.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
