Born from the pioneering spirit of The Ruts, Ruts DC remain one of British punk’s most vital and enduring bands. Fusing the raw energy of punk with dub, reggae and razor-sharp musicianship, their music has always pushed beyond convention, pairing powerful rhythms with lyrics of passion, protest and social consciousness.
Nearly five decades on, Ruts DC continue to prove themselves a formidable creative and live force, combining classics from their remarkable catalogue with acclaimed newer material including Music Must Destroy and Counterculture?.
